Reclaim produces an Independent Total-Loss Valuation Review. That document is prepared at the request of the vehicle owner (or fleet), based on the documents and information provided. It is not a licensed appraisal unless produced by a credentialed appraiser under a qualifying engagement. It is not legal advice.

Today, Reclaim operates in self-directed mode: you review the analysis and send communications under your own name. Representation and success-fee features stay off until jurisdiction flags are unlocked with counsel or DOI records.

On third-party claims, Reclaim may show objective vehicle valuation and general information about rights, remedies, procedures, and options. Reclaim does not apply law to your facts, name a settlement target or demand figure, assess fault, or recommend that you accept or reject an offer.

We do not pay referral sources for steering customers to Reclaim.
