For shops
Turn a totaled customer into one who comes back.
They just lost the car. The first offer is a starting point. Hand them a free check so they can see whether the total-loss number holds. You stay the person who helped.
- They leave with something to do besides sit in it.
- You never become their claims person.
- They remember who handed them the link.
A counter sign with your own code
We print a sign and cards with a QR code made for your shop. The code doesn't name you, and nothing your customer sees does either. Ask us for one at [email protected].
What to say
“Since your car's a total loss, the insurance company sends you a valuation report with their number on it. There's a free check that tells you whether they got it right. Takes a couple minutes, no cost to look. Here's the link.”
If they don't have the report yet, tell them to ask the adjuster for the CCC or Mitchell PDF.
Your part ends at the handoff
You can say the check exists, that it's free, and that valuations are often low, as general information. Then give them your shop link or walk them through it.
Don't read their report and tell them the offer is low. Don't tell them to reject it. Don't say you'll handle the claim. They get a free check. Your part ends at the link or the card.
