Terms and Conditions
By using reclaimmore.com you agree that marketing pages are informational. A free check or paid engagement is governed by the agreement at intake, including party type, jurisdiction, and fee structure.
Reclaim does not guarantee a recovery amount. Finding that the offer holds is a first-class outcome. A diminished-value figure, when stored, is an objective market value and not an amount of recovery. Outcomes depend on the report, the evidence, the carrier response, and the rules for that jurisdiction.
The full review
The full review is a paid product with one flat fee. We show you the price before you pay, and nothing is charged until you do. The fee never depends on what your insurer pays. The full review is covered by the Result Refund Guarantee below. Before you pay, you agree to the terms of service for the full review, which govern the purchase.
Result Refund Guarantee
Result Refund Guarantee
Your report pays for itself, or we refund it.
If you use your Reclaim report and your insurer's offer goes up by less than the report fee you paid, we refund the full report fee. Ask within 30 days of getting your report. Send us your insurer's final offer and your signed release (or other written confirmation that you're done with the claim) as proof.
The increase is measured on the base vehicle value only. Taxes, title and registration fees are left out. The guarantee covers the report fee only. It does not promise any result from your insurer.
1. Guarantee
If you use your Reclaim report with your insurer and the Increase is less than the Report Fee, Reclaim will refund the Report Fee in full, under these terms. This is a refund policy for a fixed fee you pay in full before we deliver your report. The fee is the same whatever your insurer pays, and Reclaim never takes a share of any payment. You alone deal with your insurer.
2. Definitions
Report Fee: the amount you actually paid Reclaim for your report. Initial Offer: the base vehicle value in the insurer's valuation report you uploaded before paying. Because you upload that report before checkout, the Initial Offer is recorded automatically and you do not need to send it again. Final Value: the base vehicle value in your insurer's final written offer or settlement. Increase: the Final Value minus the Initial Offer. The base vehicle value is the value the insurer puts on the vehicle itself. Taxes, title, registration and other fees, and any deductible, are left out of both figures.
3. Eligibility
You qualify if you sent the report, or what it found, to your insurer yourself; you answered your insurer's follow-up questions yourself; and the vehicle information you gave us was accurate and complete.
4. Proof
Send us your insurer's final written offer or settlement. Screenshots of the insurer's email, portal, letter or payment page are fine. We already have the valuation report you uploaded, so we never ask for screenshots of it. Also send confirmation that you are no longer pursuing the claim: a signed release, an email you sent to the adjuster, or a short signed statement. If you settled by phone, send a short signed statement of the final figure and your insurer's payment confirmation.
5. Timing
Ask within 30 days of the day we delivered your report, with the form at reclaimmore.com/refund or by email to [email protected]. We decide within 3 business days of receiving complete proof. If we approve, we refund the Report Fee to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. If we do not, we tell you in writing which exclusion applies.
6. Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply if: (a) the report was altered, shared, or used for another claim or vehicle; (b) the information you gave us was wrong or incomplete in a way that affected the report; (c) the claim was not pursued in good faith; (d) the request was made more than 30 days after the report was delivered; (e) the valuation report you uploaded showed no offer, and you did not give us your insurer's offer before ordering.
7. No promise of results
Reclaim does not promise any result from your insurer. Your insurer decides what to pay. The guarantee covers the Report Fee only.
8. Sole remedy
A refund of the Report Fee is your only remedy under this guarantee if your insurer's offer does not rise by at least the Report Fee. It does not limit any right you have by law that cannot be waived.
Refund process
- Your starting point (the Initial Offer) is saved when you upload your insurer's valuation report, before you pay.
- Ask within 30 days of getting your report, with the form at reclaimmore.com/refund or by email to [email protected].
- We check the Increase on the base vehicle value, that your documents match your claim, and that no exclusion applies.
- We decide within 3 business days. If we approve, the refund reaches your original payment method within 5 business days. If we do not, we tell you in writing which exclusion applies.
- We keep a record of every request: the date, the claim, the Increase, the decision, and the refund date.
The free check is always free. To ask for a refund, use the refund form. The guarantee terms are also on the refund page.
What the service is and is not
Reclaim provides:
- An independent valuation review of your insurer's report, with the evidence and the math behind it, for you to use.
- A short generic cover note you may edit and send to your insurer yourself, and, before you buy, a sample message you can send to ask your insurer for its valuation report.
- A refund of the fee under the Result Refund Guarantee.
Reclaim does not:
- Contact your insurer or adjuster, or send anything to them for you.
- Negotiate for you, represent you, or act for you in your claim.
- Write replies to your insurer's counteroffers.
- Adjust claims, appraise vehicles, or give legal advice. Reclaim is not a law firm.
- Take a share of, or handle, any money your insurer pays. Any payment goes from your insurer to you.
