Reclaim collects contact details and claim documents you submit so we can run a valuation review and respond to your request. We do not sell personal information.

Documents are stored in private object storage. Access is limited to people working your claim. Analytics tools (when configured) may collect page views and interaction events without claim document contents.

Contact us through the start form if you need a copy of your data deleted or corrected once the customer product is live.
